We want you to be completely satisfied with the stones you buy from us. If
you are not satisfied, for any reason, you may return a complete unaltered
parcel/single stone purchase (within a 7 day inspection period) for a refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
Shipping
Shipping costs: We don't charge for handling and try to make our shipping charges as close to the actual USPS costs as possible. To do that we have gone to the following sliding scale: 2-3 day Priority Mail $5.00: $0.01-$50.00, $7.50: $50.01-$200.00, $10.00: $200.01-$500.00, $12.50: $500.01-$999.00, $999.01 and up $15.00. Overnight shipping service $29.00. International shipping charges...please call or e-mail.
Payment
We accept VISA/MasterCard, personal checks and money orders. You may call us
(or E-mail) to check on a particular parcel or stone and we will reserve
your order, for up to 2 weeks, until your payment arrives. We also allow
regular customer to work on a consignment or memo policy and are willing to
send you an assortment of parcels, so you may pick and choose a complete
parcel...sorry but no high grading of the parcels.
Inventory
We have a very large inventory of opal and can't list it all here. If you
are looking for a special stone or parcel please call. We are glad to help
and love to visit about opals.
